All prices are denoted in Indian Rupees. Prices include service, but exclude delivery charges and customs duty and other taxes,if applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice as per the market rates.The full payment for your order is deducted from your bank or credit card on completion of your order. Delivery will be initiated once payment has been processed. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express which are processed using (.................) gateway. For bulk/wholesale order we might require more details from you and we might take short period to process the order.If the order has not been confirmed and the credit card has been charged, we will request the payment gateway to refund the amount.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
To find out the shipping charges that apply to you,at the time of checkout,we ship within India only. We request your to enter the correct delivery address details while placing an order. We use all efforts to dispatch orders at the same day of order and deliver within 10-15 business days of the purchase date. Most orders should arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch depending on the destination. Please do inform us promptly if an order does not arrive either by emailing email@example.com or call us. If the order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will inquiry with the courier and try to deliver the product at the earliest. Generally you need to be available between 10.00am and 5:00pm to receive the delivery at the provided address. If you where not able answer when the courier tries to deliver your order, you need to contact the courier directly to arrange re-delivery. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery and late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order. If you receive a product in damaged condition, we will ask you to provide necessary proof of the damage to make a refund. We may issue you a credit in the amount paid for the goods or send replacement goods at our discretion if you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We don't encourage returns and exchanges as we are delivering eatables.
